Returns & Exchanges

At AJR Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original AJR Couture packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
